Boiler Services & Gas Safety Checks
Having your Boiler Serviced annually is the easiest way to keep it in its best working order, it is also mandatory to keep the boilers warranty valid.
We carry out all mandatory checks.
We also check emissions, corrosion and for any signs of water leaks.
To allow for maximum heat throughout your home we will also check all your radiators and make sure they do not need bled.
LPG Installation & Services
It is a legal requirement for anyone letting out their static caravan holiday home to have an annual ‘landlords’ gas safety record. It is also generally a condition of caravan park rules and a stipulation on most insurance policies.
We carry out all mandatory Safety Checks as well as checking ventilation, flues and pipework.
